If the season starts on time, Alec Ingold is looking to punish folks. His posting videos of him doing box jumps, working on his explosion amd cardio. I can't wait to see him make the next jump in year two.
As a side note, I just found out he was adopted. Dealt with some emotional shit but got through it with an awesome set of adoptive parents. I wish I could hear what he and Josh Jacobs talk about during their pre game strolls.
