Pick The Next Raiders Head Coach

If you could pick the next head coach who would it be?

I actually like Mike Tomlin. I know he's under contract, but maybe the Steelers want to start over and clean house. I believe he's a leader of men. Big Ben has held this team back for years now always bieng hurt and the WR diva shit didn't help any. Mike has been a steady calming force players play for. I think he has just the right amount of " go for it on 4th downs" in him and can game plan like the best of them.

Which one? Jim or John Harbaugh? All my 49er fan co workers don't like him. They say he's too weird! I don't know about all that, they were a few plays away from beating Ray Lewis' Ravens. If it wasn't for stupid Kapernick, they may have won.
I like Harbaugh to a degree, but I think there's a few other options we need to call about 1st.

I think we've seen what happens to QBs once their top WR'S get injured. Look at Brady last night....zero points?
A small part of me knows Carr has gotten the short end of the stick once again. Head coach was targeted, Ruggs may do life, Gruden reshuffled a top 3 O line to upgrade the D line. He's never truly had a true #1 guy WR unless you're counting Crabtree. If the new coach wants to keep Carr we need to do everything qe can to sign Devante Adams and the best gaurd money can buy.

Jim Harbaugh. Like you said, he's been to the Show and knows how to win in the NFL. I don't care if he's wierd...lol.

Tomlim is not leaving the Steelers. I don't want a college coach... so Harbaugh it is, for me.

I agree with this.But.... I don't think Carr is a leader; he doesn't seem to have what it takes to get through adversity and win, regardless.

Agreed. If we don't improve at QB, maybe we let Carr finished his last year on contract.

I would also take look at Byron Leftwich for coach.
