Raiders middle linebacker Rolando McClain was out on bail after an arrest in Morgan County, Ala., for violating the city's window tint code and then providing a false name to police, according to the Decatur Daily.
A three-year veteran, McClain spent the last two games of the season on the inactive list after serving a two-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team following a dispute with coach Dennis Allen.
Raiders officials were made aware of the arrest but declined comment.
McClain was found guilty last November in municipal court of misdemeanor charges including reckless endangerment, menacing and illegal discharge of a firearm in connection with a fight.
The charges were dropped when the victim, Rishard Tapscott, a childhood friend of McClain, declined to continue with the case on appeal.
The Raiders are expected to release McClain this offseason. He is scheduled to make $4 million in salary in 2013. McClain was removed from the team's nickel defense four games into the season and then replaced in the final two games at middle linebacker by Omar Gaither.
