I know it's early, but what the Pittsburgh defense is doing in KC is amazing...so far.

Mike Tomlin was no doubt behind the defensive game planning. The man is as good a coach right now as any. He's the only D coordinator type coach I'd want if we're willing to part with a 1st round pick or even two.
My choices would be
Mike Tomlin
Rich Bisacia
Sean Peyton
Doug Pederson
Jim Harbaugh
And in that order.
