So, is Josh Jacobs the next L'eveon Bell?

I keep hearing these comparisons, and I watched the video comparing the two and the dude made a strong case.

Both are patient runners who set up their blocks.
They both have power AND finesse, with plenty of juke to leave defenders standing there wondering wtf just happened.
Both finish their runs in punishing style.
Neither one ever goes down on first contact.
Both are great receivers, can line up wide and run routes.
Both are solid pass blockers who can pick up the blitz with the best of them.
Neither have the speed to take it to the house on a long run.

So there are a lot of similarities between the two of them. I also see differences:

I think Bell is a little faster. The video said Bell ran a 4.6 on his first pre-draft run and a 4.5 on his 2nd. As we know, Jacobs ran 4.6.
I think Josh is the better receiver.
I think Jacobs has a jump cut I've never seen Bell use.

So we'll see how things shake out against pro opponents. Josh may get in there and find that his lack of speed just doesn't cut it in the NFL. He may be just a hair too slow, although he looked to me like he was faster and quicker than Damien Harrison while they were both at Bama.

I can't wait to have a real run game. WTF are we gonna do with a real run game? I've forgotten how they're even used... Carr will be in shock when he actually has TIME in the pocket.

Kid has all the talent in the world, here's to a healthy training camp. I know it's a huge distraction, but I'd love to see this team on HBO'S hard knocks this year.

We should be on Hard knocks. Last season in Oakland and a season before Vegas. Way to show fans that look down on us or are neutral to get us back on the NFL radar. It can only increase our brand with younger fans as well as winning which I think will happen in Vegas. I expect 10 or 11 win seasons our first few in Vegas with the NFL's powers that be magic wand. 2 billion $ state of the art stadium in Vegas and a mediocre to bad 4 to 7 win team won't jibe with the nfl. They'll do their part to see that doesn't happen.

Hard knocks pit on a very good product, and the story lines will be insane as Freddy mentioned. Throw in a fired up Gruden and you have the makings of fireworks.

Exactly if wins come with it which they should it will build some hype and momentum going into vegas. That's a transient city that loves entertainment and winning. Captures a whole new market. A more wealthier one that spreads all over the world. Vegas is an international winning brand as our football team would hopefully represent.
