Yeah I don’t know man. I still see receivers routinely making seriously contested catches, defenders all over them, fighting for the ball, getting popped pretty hard. I mean, you can’t hold on and mug them anymore like back in the ‘70s. But still, these receivers hardly ever have what I would call an easy catch.
But no doubt pass rush is key. Can’t give a QB time. If the QB isn’t nervous, or preferably scared, you’re fucked.
