Hell yeah, I wasn't even mad we won! That felt good. To think this is essentially Conley's rookie season playing a full year. I keep reading he's in the top half per PFF, but also take with a grain of salt cuz Gruden sat him for some time. Either way, team in general is finally getting into a groove and with some consistency!
I dont know what he said to those young rookies but it sure is paying off.
Carr is playing his ass off, no freaking way Gruden trades him now...he'd be crazy to do that.

We have games like this at home where we make plays, score points and hang in games going back a few years now. Our problem is winning on the road and even competing on the road especially 2nd half of games. Del Rio had us playing well on the road for a bit there. I'd be impressed if we hang late in Cincy next week and hang in KC late last game of the year. That game might not mean much to KC at that point. I expect us to play Denver tough in Oakland on Christmas eve night.
