Back in those days Marc Wilson and Plunkett say 83' to 86' ish did utilize Christensen a bunch. He was like their security blanket although not fast they got the ball to him quite a bit. Marcus Allen caught plenty of passes out of the backfield for big chunks. From what I recall our wide receivers were Dokie Williams, Malcolm Barnwell and Jessie Hester but Todd and Marcus were the go to guys. Few years later we started going to the wide receivers more when we had Tim Brown, Mervyn Fernandez and Willie Gault. Bo Jackson got a lot of carries from 87' to 90' from what I remember. Christensen had so many big catches for us in the mid 80's. Around this time the Marcus and Al Davis dysfunction started around when Bo was with us. The 82' 84' 85' and 86' LA Raiders were pretty good but didn't get it done like the 80' and 83' Raiders.

The Raiders from the mid 60's to the mid 80's by and large were very good teams. The best we've ever had in quite a few of those seasons.
