Enough of the renegade, controversial reclamation projects that we're famous for that Kaepernick would entail and win some fuckin football games on the field for once. Oakland Raiders probably have the biggest minority fanbase in the country per capita and this move would make sense from a social standpoint.

His jersey would sell like hotcakes and our franchise would get free publicity from the left wing commie anti american media including social media. This guy would be a poster boy for young radical urban youths that don't even watch football. I can definetely see this happen. This would take our renegade image from back in the day to another higher controversial image. Controversy sells as we all know.
