I get the frustrations with last year can temper any optimism. Reggie should and is held accountable by me for his incompetent drafts and prior FA decisions. His handling of cap is very good and with Gruden in charge of personnel, Reggie becomes just a de facto bean counter and glorified head of scouting. Guenther can manipulate the D to put Mack and Irvin in a position to get one on one match ups, which would be a nightmare for most Olines. We saw how Pagano made Irvin effective by giving him more free runs to the QB. We need a DT to make that happen. Vea in the draft would be a godsend.
