Gruden telling the big gorilla who's here to ball and play for Chucky and who's here to get paid and waste a roster spot. Gruden doesn't have to deal with Al's toys and projects like the first time around although they both cultivated and developed good solid rosters most of those years. Hopefully Penn goes if they can't find a viable replacement. Beastmode goes if he's not all in and doesn't keep his mouth shut, same with Crabtree and quite a few others. Carr has to have that no nonsense leadership Gannon had, same with Mack. I'm thinking with a new playbook, different coaches and players a 7-9 or 8-8 season and 2019 a deep playoff push.
