Given the way Mark threw everything but his jock strap at Chucky, I’d Wager Gruden makes the final decisions. If not, this deal never should have happened.
And the great thing is that right now Gruden knows everything there is to know about all the good players and coaches in the league. This offseason SHOULD be a perfect storm. And as we all know, a near-perfect offseason can take you (think Saints) from 3-13 to 13-3 and a Lombardi shortly thereafter.
BETTER be a playoff win in 2022.
