It appears that if Gruden comes back Tampa is his first choice.

Seeing how Pagano has changed this defense for the better I’d love to see him as head coach. Get a good O coordinator and let Pagano run this thing. Gotta be better than Del Rio. Pisses me off we kept that nigggger Norton for so long. Imagine if Norton & Downing were fired in week 3? Maybe we’d be in the playoffs.

Yeah the Gruden thing is a joke. We’d all love to have him but it ain’t happening. I feel he will fail if he goes to TB anyway.

Wasn't Pagano brought in with the title assistant DC and asst head coach or something like that. I like our defense since Pagano took over, but don't like Del Rio as head coach and mostly Todd Downing as OC. I don't know how much Carr's problems are mental and emotional since his injury end of last season coupled with Downing's Varsity high school football play calling. I would like Pagano as head coach considering he's never been a head coach in the NFL and seems to have some fire which we're lacking. This season should of never gotten this bad if we retained Musgrave and fired Norton jr at the end of last season and had Pagano all year. Very frustrating because this is the first year since the Gruden days that I had any expectations for this team.

Fred I think Carr’s issues are a combination of all of the above, PLUS the fact that his receivers can’t catch.

1. Serious injury behind a line that would be happy if he was DEAD, that he never really recovered from.
2. Some of the shittiest offensive coaching I’ve seen in a long time.
3. Can’t trust a single one of his receivers.

Gruden and Gannon will be the best thing that could ever happen to Carr.

Agree, that this will be best for Carr's development- a coach in your face>> Which I hope Carr can handle. Also like the fact that Gruden want to bring in Gannon to work with Carr. Mark Davis make this happen.
