The Raiders have one of the worst defenses in the NFL, and now they’re making a coordinator change.
Head coach Jack Del Rio has fired defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. and will replace him with John Pagano, NFL Network reports.
Norton, a former Pro Bowl linebacker, is in his third season as defensive coordinator of the Raiders. This year has not gone well: The Raiders are the only team in the NFL that doesn’t have an interception, and Oakland has allowed the highest passer rating in the NFL to opposing quarterbacks.
The Raiders face the Broncos on Sunday. Denver fired its offensive coordinator this week.

That dumb niggger Bruce Irvin tweeted Bullshit in regards to Norton’s firing. Irvin can go too GTFO you shitty ass coon! 3 years & u got the word defense in the league. Should he have gotten a raise? This ENTIRE team from top to bottom is a fucking disgrace. Del Rio & Downing will get one more year. We will be a joke next year & Hack will be fired just in time for the move to Vegas. Hopefully Reggie goes too. Start brand new in Vegas

Just saw that...hopefully Downing is next. Irvin better rally around Pagano with the rest of the dumb nigggers on defense. Norton should of never been hired in the first place!!! Don't know Irvin's contract but hope he's gone after this year and some others. If we win less than 7 games this year Del Rio could be gone and thats a low bar.

If our offense isn't productive and or scoring points against Denver and the NYG maybe Downing is gone before the Chief game in KC in a couple weeks. Jack maybe feeling the pressure that he maybe gone if we don't finish the last 6 games strong.

I’m glad he’s gone he had no business being a DC but in reality what’s worse him or the guy who hired him? This is JDR built defense & basically he’s running the defense. Del Rio is a clueless bitch! I hope we lose out & look really bad doing it
