RM's bungling continues - what owner would tolerate going backwards for two straight seasons when they were so close to the playoffs before hiring his GM and HC? I know it's easy to blame Davis, but this mess started with RM.

Yes, Davis should not be making it worse, but the situation did not have to be this way and that is on RM.

Mark Davis is a spoiled brat tard and Reggie is a novice GM as well as Allen!!! If they are going to rebuild the right way, hire the right people and let them do their job!! Let these coaches coach with decent NFL talent and not guys on one year contracts that aren't top flight players anyway. They said 2 years ago that they will blow up the roster, get out of salary cap purgatory and reevaulate the roster and team on the field. 8 wins over 2 seasons shouldn't surprise the upper brass!! Each season could have been more respectable 7-9 seasons if they had the talent to finish out some of these close games late in the 3rd and 4th qtrs. My only beef is Olson not getting out of McFadden what Hue did when McFadden was healthy. Tarver gets a pass because he didn't have depth and injuries piled up and the defense became tired and stagnant. The Pryor experiment was a waste of time as that kid isn't a pocket passer in the NFL and made the O line worse than they really are. There are no excuses in 2014 as there is plenty of money to bring in talent as well as a QB if need be and depth and they have high draft picks. This is absolutely pathetic how inept this franchise has been over the last 11 years. Hue Jackson has been the only bright spot those two seasons in the last 11 seasons of football in Oakland and they sent him packing.
