In the 53 years of Raider football, the team has been to the post season 21 times. 6 coaches are responsible for those 21 visits to the post season. We've had a total of 18 head coaches in that time. 19 if you count Shell's second stint. Gruden, Shell 1.0, Flores, Madden, and Rauch are the only ones that have post season success and 3 years or more as head coach. Callahan is the other (2 years).
